Vanessa Cardoso Pires is a lawyer and founding partner of OFFICIA.
She focuses her practice on providing legal advice to companies, supporting clients both with their day-to-day corporate matters and at key stages in the lifecycle of their businesses.
With experience in leading corporate transactions, she advises on matters ranging from company incorporations and amendments to articles of association to mergers, demergers and dissolution processes. Throughout her career, she has developed an approach focused on simplifying legal challenges and finding practical, clear solutions tailored to the specific needs of each company.
